Courtney joined Edgewater Title Group in 2016. She began her career in real estate in 2009 before switching to title full-time in 2011. Courtney is dually licensed and obtained her closing license in Florida in 2024. In 2025 she created the Sunde Hero Program in honor of her father who passed away in 2019. This program was created to provide first responders with closing credit as a thank-you for their service. Courtney enjoys spending time with her family and supporting her daughter at dance competitions.
